photo challenge: "bundled up"

today is the first full day after we've "sprung" forward. daylight savings time is in full effect and it's just days away until spring. yay!

i'm ready for change! so i thought i'd try something new today and enter my first i heart faces' photo challenge. this week's theme is "bundled up". i instantly knew which photo to choose. here's a photo of my hubby on the first snowstorm of winter, aka snowpocalypse. we had been cooped up in the house all day and decided to venture out around 1:00 am for some "air". every time he bundles up like this -- i call him the snow ninja.

hopefully, we'll be able to put away our coats, scarfs, gloves, and hats real soon. i can't wait for longer days, lots of sun, and plenty of warmer days ahead.

  7. @Hassan - Thanks, Hassan. Yeah, I've been meaning to change it for awhile. I finally got around to doing it this weekend. That's the nice thing about rainy days. =)

@Life with Kaishon - Hi! Thanks for the warm welcome. Looking forward to connecting with others on I Heart Faces and entering more photo challenges.

@Monica - I think NYC might have gotten more snow like you said. We are not used to this much snow at all. And yes... it was freezing. We realized we were crazy to take our late night/early morning stroll about 1 block outside our apartment.

@Jenilee - Thanks so much. It was frigid!
