02.08.10 (posted on 02.10.10) - there's really nothing like a home cooked meal... especially one prepared by your mother. i'm spending the day hanging out with my family. hubby and i got to my parents' home around 11:00 am. being her typical self, the first thing my mom asks is,"are you hungry?"
here are pictures i took of mom's zucchini mini frittatas. they were light, fluffy, and of course tasty.
